🔓 How to reset your forgotten password
We recommend using strong passwords, at least 12 characters long, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and at least one symbol. Avoid using common text strings and words in any language, proper names, places, phone numbers, consecutive numbers (like 123456), consecutive keys on a keyboard (like 'qwerty'), birth dates, as well as excessively short combinations (like "Juan1997") or dictionary words, as they are highly vulnerable and easy to decipher.
Step 1
Go to password reset (opens in a new tab).
Step 2
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Step 3
After clicking Send, we will send you an email with the subject "Reset Your Password". Make sure the sender of the email is [email protected] and it is signed by vexyhost.com when you receive the email.
Step 4
Go to your email and locate the new password reset email. Make sure to check all folders, such as Spam and your Inbox. Then click on the link within the email.
If you don't receive the email, please contact us via support ticket.
Step 5
Enter your new password, confirm the password again, and click Save Changes.
✔ Done! From now on, you should use the new password to log in to the billing panel.
