How to change your server timezone
By default, your server runs on UTC time. Changing the timezone affects how the server logs timestamps and, most importantly, when your Schedules run โ so setting it to your local timezone makes it much easier to plan automated tasks.
Step 1
Access your Game Panel and navigate to your Minecraft Java server. Once there, go to the Startup section in the left sidebar.

Step 2
Scroll down to the Startup Variables section and locate the TIMEZONE SELECTOR dropdown. Click on it and select the timezone that matches your location.
Selecting Default will keep the server on the system timezone (UTC).

Step 3
Restart your server from the Console tab for the change to take effect.
โ That's it! Your server timezone has been updated. If you have any problems, contact us via Discord (opens in a new tab) so we can help you.
